    We can go on 3 weeks without food but we can't go more than maybe 10 days without sleep, it is amazing how the human body works. Insufficient rest has been linked to greater risks of diabetes, heart issues, obesity, depression and other maladies. Great share to start on beBee @Ryan Blair

    Great reminder that the wotrkout does not just end when you put down the barbell. Take some time to consider your resting period and nutrition aspects post-exercise and remember to drink lots of water!

    Thanks for posting this article @Ryan Blair. In a culture where allot of people just want to get big fast we sometimes forget that our workout does not stop when you put down the barbell. The resting period and nutrition are just as important post our exercise routine. I'm always reminded of a line from a Hnery Rollin's spoken word show ' You would'nt put suagr in your gas tank would you?' These words have acted as a great reminder to me and even though I indulge occasionally to remember what I'm putting into my body I can expect to get out of it.
