    Good timing for me with this article @Donald 🐝 Grandy. I have been researching healthy recipes to make this past week. I trying to find a fun/tasty way that's still full filling to cut my carbs way back, and add more fruits/veggies. I also use Dolcedi (apple sugar), it's the lowest I found in the store on the glycemic index. It doesn't leave an after taste and personally, I can't tell that I'm not using cane sugar.
