    #2 @CityVP 🐝 Manjit keep going, keep on keeping on! I find that for us over 50's most parts hurt most of the time after exercise...it's just the degree that differs..lol. The mental satisfaction that the effort reaps more than makes up for the pain..no pain no gain is certainly a truism for me. When I see 75 year olds doing triathlons I am inspired and certainly feel a bit guilty about my own paltry efforts. At the end of the day it's only the man in the mirror that you are competing against....

    #1 I am still trying to figure out why some people love this workout stuff. I am still dragging my sorry ass to the gym, but there is one thing about hitting 56, it ain't 26 and the difference is noticeable.

    I'd love to see pot bellied people demo this workout video's - but usually it is the fittest person imaginable. I saw a yoga video that provides a 90 degree move and I could not even do 9 degrees - at 26 I had the luxury of staying away from the gym, at 56 it is a different world.
