#14 There are ways to figure out compensation to maintain database. It makes no sense completing your resume so many times.

#12 Dana, this exists in the CAQH database for medical doctors and mskes the process simpler. Currently, it takes hours to comple forms, take personality assessments, plus grammar and math tests. Applicants need a faster process.

#10 Brian, maybe it is time for a change now. When I apply, I am required usually to download my resume. The automated systems miss or transfer informstion incorrectly, which means editing. Most of the time that takes about an hour. Then, watch a video or take a test. Maybe they are testing our patience and attention-to-detail? I would rather spend time on their tests.

Since entirely too many companies use Taleo x, KineXa, Brass Ring as their ATS vender, why is it not standardized at the level. I.E. I have lost count the number of times I have filled out a Taleo x web form. NOW, if I see a company uses them, I do not even bother with their organization - no matter the position, their interface is a waste of my time.

#7 Diane, Youth Unemployment is usually double the headline figure, and in countries like Spain and Greece, is close to 50%.

#6 Dean, experienced need help sooner, especially since their resumes are so much longer.

#5 That is on the roadmap @Diane Schultz, but in order for a startup get traction, we need to start off in a niche market. The concept works well with graduates, but for experienced hires, we also need to factor in extensive work experience, but we do intend to launch Quimojo Pro for experienced hires in 2018, and Quimojo Interns next year.

#4 I would be happy to provide it..Can you adapt for everyone? I have a graduate degree bit know of others without that need help too. If we could standardize, that would be magnificent.

@Diane Schultz, Good article. I had a similar idea about 4 years ago, and 2 years ago I quit a lucrative career in finance to build "the single largest searchable database of graduate job seekers". We are in launch mode finally and start touring US universities and colleges at the end of this month. Will post some articles here soon. Would love your valuable input.

#1 Thank you Qamar. We just need to find a company willing to do it. I am happy to be an advisor or make suggestions to them. I think that it would expedite the hiring process so much.
