Actually there is an answer to that question it's called multiple platform posting. It's relatively easy to disseminate your post from beBee to 4 other places. It's a little more like work to re-post in on other sites. Or set up a distribution system via any of several tools designed for that purpose. And this is the new reality of getting your posts read. Actually it's always been the reality, People just didn't really think it though to that point. I do this with certain posts and it takes about half an hour. So the new motto for bloggers is "Don't do the crime if you ain't got the time"

Having been on LinkedIn and Facebook for over ten years, I agree in principle, Javier, but not necessarily in practice. Algorithms, in my opinion, favour a rather strict military precision arrangement where nothing falling outside of requirement is allowed. When the requirement for Facebook is to encourage personal stories, pictures, etc., it also showcases the often silliness of our natures (Look at my dog! Look at my dog!). The interaction it causes amounts to "She's beautiful! What a gorgeous dog!" That's well and good, but so many of us (big US) are weary of the self-proclaimed ME, preferring to interact, hopefully, on a level of interest and concern with the world. Your dog ain't making the world better (cute as she is), and the world isn't going to get better unless we examine and exchange ideas. I much prefer beeBee, where I can read intelligent discourses like #Ali Anani and many others. I want to LEARN not PRONOUNCE.

beBee is the fusion of the past and the future, the personal and professional interests. It is the platform of choice- with which bees to connect, which hives to establish or join, which topic to engage with or not. It is being authentic without losing social ties.
The emerging trend of triads formation is unique to beBee and triads build social societies.
BeBee is the cell with similar cells building tissues and relevant tissues forming organs. A hive is a cell, few hives may develop into tissues and then into specialized organs. Each organ has its own function, but never forgets it is part of the whole living body, BeBee is the natural buildup and growth.

@๐Ÿ Fatima G. Williams I am not sure if you have had the pleasure of ever reading "Waiting For Godot" from the absurdist writer Samuel Beckett . It is essentially a play that revolves around two characters, Vladimir and Estragon who are waiting for the arrival of a character called Godot who never arrives. There is a line I always loved when Estragon sits in the ditch and says , " Waiting. Waiting, like sand, like leaves , like stones. waiting, Just waiting for waiting "

I keep missing your articles! (Hurry beBee team, we need the sting function!) Definite difference between a wait and a pause. I do like to take my pauses once in a while (like taking a year off when I was 30, and then again when I was 40), but I hate waiting for life to happen. I don't have to wait long for your next article fortunately as I spotted it in my feed just now. See you there!

#42 This great experience that you share with us Preston about being in the Wait phase and not taking any action is a lesson you learnt and then you adapt yourself to intiate the action needed. We need to move before its too late. We need to act.
I love this phrase, "You need to Build your Plane while your Learning to Fly it.โ€ Building our Dream or achieving our Vision can have better results if we are in consistent action.
I believe we need to be the drivers of our own car(Life) we don't want to be in the backseat and Wait cause we don't know to drive or end up in the wrong destination as the driver does not know what we want. Rather we learn and act and achieve.

Thanks for the lovely contribution Preston. Enjoyed your comment thoroughly ๐Ÿ˜Š

I like your article. You have some great points. I totally agree with finding ourselves to move forward, yet from experience I prefer the NOW. I once heard the phrase, "You need to Build your Plane while your Learning to Fly it.โ€ Building our Dream or achieving our Vision can have better results if we are in consistent action.
Even if at the beginning, they do not create any results and seem futile, our actions are still habit forming. โ€œIt feels like youโ€™re jumping off a cliff and building an airplane on the on the way down.โ€ I am a very analytical person, so I use to wait and try to plan every detail, and keep studying whatever I was doing. During this time, I never took action. It always delayed my goals. It was like me wanting to lose 15 pounds, but first studying every book, audio, and workout video. After all that knowledge was absorbed, I then realized that I never changed my diet, or began exercising.

#38 Thank you @CityVP ๐Ÿ Manjit It's an inevitable truth waiting is a part of our life.

But I feel sometimes we get stuck in our cocoons afraid to fly and spread our beautiful wings.
I remember a story of how an impatient person who saw a butterfly struggling to come out of the cocoon tried helping it and that eventually lead to the death of the butterfly.

This waiting phase in the cocoon is sometimes required to collect the strength as you said that required to break out and fly.
Transformation is the fruit of waiting but lets not wait too much. ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—
    CityVP ๐Ÿ Manjit
    27/11/2016 #38 CityVP ๐Ÿ Manjit
#37 I welcome moments of life which are a cocoon. In modern culture we treat cocoon as a euphemism for prison, but it is not that, the caterpillar is not a prisoner of the cocoon, but a transformation in waiting and we are not butterflies, we are are more than a transformation that is no bigger than our thumb.

Let me take the song by Milky Chance called "Cocoon" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ernVvrYH9vg so while his main lyric is "so lets go back to our cocoon" the context is still escape and not transformation. http://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/milkychance/cocoon.html If we identify with this song, we identify with escape and pain rather than transformation and privacy.

I do not offer this as a perspective to a single a person because my own cocoons are a source of personal liberation. I am not afraid of melancholy or sadness, for when grief comes I will participate in the process of grief, but when freedom comes, I can place that in a cocoon too - for that is a different kind of waiting. The best privacy is to close my eyes or enjoy time at home.

Whether it is waiting such as Van Morrison "Days Like This" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3UUWkr4FUlo or I have to do what it is I must do for this thing called our work life and I can't open up my mind to you - there is something gestating in the waiting, there is something fermenting in the waiting, there is something good changing in the waiting. Waiting is a part of life.

Dear @ Fatima I resonate with the wait and the move. I wrote a buzz last week which was well received. I said there is a part 2. I know I have been putting off part 2 as I feel some pressure in myself to have it as well received as part 1, but maybe it won't be. --and maybe it will. I know incubation time is useful but I sense I wait a little too long and need to be bolder with my action in the world. Things are never perfect and are always perfect just the way they are. And can always be updated and improved.

#70 It takes time Emily and its important that you engage with others. Build your audience and then the readers will come. If I could give one piece of advice to Newbees it is this: Don't give up if you don't immediately get a large following. As beBee grows you're competing with more and more posts and people's time is limited, so find your niche, keep writing, and one will spark the reader's attention and will send them back to read other things you have written. I've seen posts a year old be revitalized because a later post caught someone's attention. There is a lot of 'fame' that is earned because of a negative attention but it is short lived. The attention that is gained over time builds and is lasting. Some of the greatest actors started out in small parts and their talent shown through. Find your niche Emily, it will come, keep plugging until you strike that chord.

I still need to read this. I'm not getting the response I would have expected so far here, but I will continue! It is still very early on. ;-)

I had one post that did not particularly get a lot of traction even though I spent a lot of time on it. Maybe those hives are not so active. So I'm taking your advice @John White, MBA by sharing it with my followers. See if it will get the buzz. Can you help me John? Good post. Indeed, just plain criticism mars the development process because a sarcastic remark degrades one's motivation, and constructive counseling and feedback rejuvenates a person's spirit to move ahead.

So glad I opened your post Ebenezer! In stead of sending Happy New Year messages, I'll try to send "Thank you for this Year" notes because of your writing. It's more scary because it's more personal ...
I liked nr. 3 and 12 the most! Smile, smile, smile: there is SO much POWER felt while you are smiling (even for a split second). I love it :-)

There is nothing like a thank you note, Ebenezar, especially a hand-written one! This is a great reminder of a few thank you notes I need to write, too. Being grateful changes your brain, making you even more grateful and triggering a desire to help others, the gift that keeps on giving, right, @Melissa Hughes? Thanks to @Julie Hickman for popping this into my vision!
