    Nope, large companies are quite pathetic at it too. Doubly so when they push you out to a third party vender for their application process. If I click a link and land at a Brass Ring, Taleo-x or KineXa widget page; I am done. Every instance of those portals has proven to be a waste of time for me. I won't play nor participate in the Vortex of Suck any further.

    @Jennifer Schultz, I am with you on this...Career pages are a company's recruiting asset if well utilized. I've been on Coca - Cola's, Jet Blue and a few others and there is a lot of information on the company if well built and maintained. Remember as a company you want to attract folks who want to work with you and build a career . Hope this post will nudge more companies to rethink their online Careers page!
