    One way to make praise and recognition specific is to use 3 elements to structure the feedback. 1) Situation: what was the context of what was going on that led you to want to give feedback. 2) Behaviour: what specifically did the person do that deserved praise. 3) Impact: describe what the result was as precisely as possible.
    Example: "During our technical meeting yesterday when things got bogged down, the questions you asked and how you asked them, got the meeting back on track and helped resolve the issues quickly. It was a great example to the junior staff in the room to follow. Great work, Thanks."
