They could spend more time getting to know their employees. They could spend some time working beside them once every week or two. They could be more inclusive so they were more approachable. I hate to say this because I don't want to make it sound like a blanket statement but there are CEO's who abuse their roles by leaving during work hours for golf outings, 2 hour lunches which include alcohol, take extended vacations and are paid 10 times that of which their employees are paid. This is not conducive for a healthy work environment. There are many good CEO's as well... much food for thought here!
