After a year of practicing Yoga, what I've noticed is that most of the positions are actually moves that we used to do when we were toddlers and younger.

I find that travel often helps to remind me to engage fully with the world around me. Something that is challenging for me to practice once I get back home and get back into my routine.

Very true "There is no fixed reality that we all adhere to. Our inner feeling creates our Universe and this is influenced by our deepest help beliefs and values." It takes time to work through all the filters we've clung onto over a lifetime but once you become aware of them you can start to experience life with less attachment and more flexibilty. Thank you for the reminder of this very human process.

I agree with you, I've seen some impressive videos about people over their 60s doing some amazing physical activities. It is not just about their physical condition but also about their mentality and positive mindset as I commented on your other post! Ps. I like how you communicate with your hands, your body language is so congruent with what you are saying that of course, it is super believable. Thank you @Daniel Donachie
