The awareness of the consumer is vastly different of recent yrs. So agree with needing to know where exactly and what process's or additives are used in the production of food products. The term Organic I thought I knew until my son, an environmental engineer continues to educate me as to what it actually is.

PS: Some time ago I had met a family owner of JCB at a business function in Savannah & I thought they are an excellent case example of a company doing it right. I did get this weekend 16 phone calls from contacts speaking about JCB & what other companies are hiring in the Americas', my number is 1.404.750.3500 & I return all calls, email: bstankiewicz@portfreshlogistics.com

(JCB) What I did not mention too is that they have a wonderful Intern program, 100% company paid for 2 years where people are exposed to all areas of the company here in Savannah, Georgia. Thank you again to all contacts here on beBee.com, you are a great group & if your travels take you to Savannah, look me up for a cup of coffee or to break bread with. Every company has a story to tell Bill! And this story is something that encapsulates the spirit of an organisation...the vision, the struggle, the growth, the success and the road ahead. Urgency denotes negative stress. A situation that needs extra attention. A sense of Purpose is perhaps is a more congenial alternative. When the focus is sharp and complete on the goal or outcome (with complete understanding of what it takes to get there) words like urgency, commitment, diligence, discipline, application etc., become redundant I believe. There is positive stress and purpose behind it. It will not cause heartburn or nervous breakdowns and anxiety attacks. :) The first duty of every leader is to instill a sense of purpose in every team member and employee, after clearly outlining the Goal and presenting the road-map to get there. The Goal is God. Not the Boss. Not the CEO. Any leader who cannot publish this mission and map is either keeping folks in the dark (out of an instinct for self-preservation) or is himself in the dark and unsure of how to get there. You are a pillar with that sense of commitment your words reveal.Best wishes!

Solid advice,Bill. My least favorite office plaque is one that shows a group of clothed chimps rolling around the floor at their desks, giggling hysterically, and saying ... Kevin, I had a similar experience, but I knew what I wanted to do for a living while pursuing my degree. My issue came when I realized that my dream job wasn't all it was cracked up to be. It was fun, but it didn't pay the bills. My collegiate-earned debt wasn't insurmountable, like so many of today's grads, so I could take just about any job and not be stressed financially while living with my parents. That eventually led to attaining a Class A CDL, which became a requirement for the job after I'd been with the company for a couple of years. I never imagined heading down that road. I was making local deliveries, so I never had to venture out on the open road. I didn't, and still don't, want to take that step. I eventually found another avenue that allows me to work within my chosen field, but I'm holding on to my top-flight license because you never know where life will take you, especially in today's economy. I also acquired a bartender's license. There will always be a need for truckers and mixologists, just don't mix the two.
