For me it is about looking at the two articles in this link, the first one about Superfeedr and the second about Kochova. We are too invested in what things are called but not enough about what they mean. One meaning for me is curation, baby curation. Here I share the sentiment expressed in a New Yorker article that features the mind of Reid Hoffman http://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2015/10/12/the-network-man where Hoffman reiterates the connected node - more importantly what the article did not say, of finding the centre - but what the New Yorker article does show is how that centering leads to a wider perspective beyond the platform, how Hoffman navigates through that centre, because that defines who he is meeting with and then we stop focusing on what the technology does and focus on what it transforms.
