    The Window of My Truth
The Window of My TruthIt was 5 June 2016, the first day of Ramadan (9th month of the Islamic Calendar). I had stored my food – the ‘food’ to break my long day ‘fast’ and the ‘food’ to feed my ‘spiritual craving’. A month long spiritual journey brought me closer to my...

#13 I so agree! I also love @debasish majumder, @CityVP Manjit, @Franci Eugenia Hoffman, @Paul Walters, @Deb Helfrich, @Mohammed A. Jawad, #14 Love and forgiveness, both of others and ourselves, leads to less self-loathing and frees the mind. #18 'The Song of Truth"...good title for a book! And your use of the word "quintessence" in this context is extremely deep and thought-provoking, worthy of a Buzz on your own thoughts. Much to explore in your thinking; I would love to know more. Especially as dear Anees gives you an A+ on being right on point! Love Love Love this post and the Comments are equally amazing 🚀!

A beautiful and meaningful buzz, @Anees Zaidi. The song of truth :" be your true self not be your shadow' is the voice of wisdom. who we are if we are not our true self? This poem is quintessence humanism and integrity.

#11 You are correct @Tausif Mundrawala. In addition to 'forgiveness', 'prayers' releases the hurt inside and bring peace. Thanks for your insightful comment.

#9 Dear brother @Ali Anani the good thing about a 'broken heart' is it has the natural healing capability. It just needs some 'quite time' to absorb the 'attack' and recover the 'wound'. As it is said 'The time heals all wounds'. However, Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy differs “It has been said, 'time heals all wounds.' I do not agree. The wounds remain. In time, the mind, protecting its sanity, covers them with scar tissue and the pain lessens. But it is never gone.” Can we recover the wound through 'forgiveness'? Forgiveness gives 'inner peace'. Can we amend our 'grievance story' to a 'learning story' through 'forgiveness'? I am happy you liked 'The Window of My Truth'. Many thanks for opening it on many fields.

Sometimes our shadow gives us respite from the broken heart. Our prayers helps us to stitch this heart with the tread of faith. Thanks for sharing this post, Sir Anees Zaidi.

Thanks @debasish majumder for your best wishes. All religions uphold humanity. But sadly mankind use religion to kill humanity.
