- 26/09/2016This is what Alberta's Oilsands do when they're done getting oil out of the ground. They "reclaim" it by planting trees and grass and let nature do it's thing.

- 07/09/2016Hello. Welcome to the hive I created and never knew anyone actually visited. I've created two hives. Canadian oil, and oilsands. I hope to get some input, especially from Canadians, but all are welcome to post their views. We can debate, but keep it "nice". Let's not be calling each other names etc. I'm sure most here know the beBee rules. I don't need to repeat them. Let's have some fun.
Comments08/09/2016 #3 Franci Eugenia Hoffman#2 Don't feel alone. I had the same problem. I ended up creating a new hive. It seems changing the title to the hive doesn't change the url. I asked Federico if I could delete a hive that I own and he informed me he will work on it. So Apparently no immediate fix.

Comments03/09/2016 #4 Paul "Pablo" CroubalianYes, there is a sh!!load of oil trapped in the oil sands. Getting it out is the issue.
IMHO, oil is too valuable for plastics etc. We shouldn't waste it in our cars.
Electric cars, again IMHO, are not the answer. What do we do with those spent batteries... they don't last forever. Also, we are swapping one non-renewable resource for another.
Unfortunately, I only have questions, no answers.03/09/2016 #1 Margaret Aranda, MD, PhDWelcome to beBee, @Don Graham!
