    I think the sales rep model in Pharma is doomed , depending on countries and regulations seeing sales rep in Gp's surgery waiting patientlely to have their 5mns small talk window opportunity must hardly generate any sales I suppose this is worse for Hospltal reps, on line medicine and pharmacist broader role in front line medecine may not helped either :-)
