I love guitars and it's so cool to learn about the spanish guitars. And Flamenco OMG He is a magician with the guitar in his hand. I love the guitar as most of my friends are pretty good at it and this is such a musical buzz and I just love it. All the musicians here are insanely fantabulous with the masterpiece in their hand. Wow I'm just wowed 🤗 Thank you @Javier 🐝 beBee we would love to see you strike a few chords I'm sure you have one 😉😉😉😉

Want to hear someone that will blow you away? This German, yes GERMAN, is one of the "baddest" (this means "good" for those unfamiliar with kid slang here in the US) Spanish guitarist you will hear. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OIN6L3mKDpg&list=RDOIN6L3mKDpg#t=42. If you don't have 1hour and 10 minutes right now, Jump to 9:02 BARCELONA NIGHTS.

How I wish I had continued my lesson when I was kid myself. I've tried to listen to good Spanish guitar when I'm driving. But, I always eventually close my eyes. The two don't mix to well.

#23 @Sara Jacobovici @Phil Friedman I am happy you enjoy spanish guitarist. They are leyends. And Phil I agree ... bordes are set by humans... beBee flag will be made of diversity, multilingualism, and no barriers at all. The fact beBee was born in Spain is a simple coincidence. We are not better because we are americans , europeans , asians, oceanians or africans. It is very sad to see how human can be so stubborn.

#11 Paul, my friend, not only can I not tune a guitar that well, but I can't tell if one note is higher or lower than another. yet, I "play", and it's added so much to my life during several periods. Now, I have the time to play every day. But now with technology I can tune the thing, and learn via lessons on my own.

@Dean Owen, I love it! I had a beautiful black Fender D'Aquisto with ebony tuning pegs, fingerboard, bridge, tailpiece and pickguard, but, regretfully let it go. Now I have a Gibson Epiphone PR 7 made out of spotted pine, with a cut-away. It is a beautiful natural wood blonde hollow body and I am hanging on to this one.

#4 LMAO... I'm an introvert, but I'm not shy. In high school some friends had a band. They weren't very active on stage. I joined them jumping around like a mad man and they got more popular.... Until someone noticed that my bass wasn't plugged in.

#5 Here's the thing, Robert. My Dad and my cousin (a professional musician) both have perfect ears.

    Mine suck.

As a kid, I took lessons. My Dad would come in to tell me to tune the guitar. I thought I had. He would show me how.

    Ding, Dong (adjust) Ding, Ding.

I never heard the difference. To me it all sounded the same.

I guess if I MUST have of of my senses be defective, tonality would be the one I choose.

We'll see if technology can compensate for nature

    I may regret this...

This video was an impromptu session where I took a break from yardwork (hence the hat) grabbed my guitar to try and teach my son about not being 'tentative' when you play. The choice of song came out of the blue, and after playing the first run, my son grabbed my iPad and asked me to start over. Overall I was amazed at the resulting quality from the little microphone and camera on the iPad (3rd Gen).

The guitar is a Rainsong WS2000, my Flat-picking / Dylanesque / coffee-house style has been developed over a few years...

Beautiful guitar Dean! I wouldn't use it either; that's one to hang on the wall. My stepfather bought me one similar (not as detailed) while in high school where I was taking lessons. But alas once again we moved where the new school didn't offer guitar. I was teaching myself until my very young nephew decided it was a seat to be sat on and broke the neck off the base.. He was only 3 so I couldn't get mad but I sure wanted to cry!
