    Merci @Laurent BOSCHERINI :)

Do you ever feel like you’re living in a bubble, surrounded by people but never touched?

We live in such a busy, crowded world, yet it’s so easy for many of us to go days, even weeks or months without touching or being touched by others.

While you might not notice the effects of not being touched right away, it can negatively affect your mood, your confidence and your health. We are only beginning to understand the holistic way our bodies work and the relationship between our emotional well-being and our physical health.

#1 Hi Donald Grandy Thank you for your wonderful comment. If only the world could understand how wonderful Autists are. Every day they make us see the world with new eyes and without judgments. They reach our hearts in a very special way. And those Ah-ah moments are priceless :).

Thanks for sharing. I work with autism as a direct support professional and see how they read emotions and feel empathy every day. It's a special feeling you get as a support worker when you witness emotions and feelings. It's that ah ha moment when you say to yourself "That's why I'm here"

Thanks @Louise Smith. i never liked the SMART goals. never used them with my clients. One thing I use and it works great is to ask them to pen down their own Elogy. :). From this baseline we start to work - using NLP techniques and/or Guided Meditations 9that put them in a conscious trance that that really helps. Thanks for sharing this with us.

#2 Yes @Mohammed A. Jawad adults become like children in the playground - bullies or bullied and everything is always a drama. I get a lot of clients with these problems. I suggest they ignore and stick with their real friends. I encourage them turn their digital technology off and to go out and do something f2f with real people!

It’s totally distraction and insensible when people spend too much time on social media. And then, what a miserable state when social media, at extremes, lends itself to gossiping and vain talk! People become so glued to their devices all the time to the extent that they don’t talk to the one next to them or their families or to their children in their houses. Rather they enjoy being engaged online on those sites. That's the perils of social networking!
