Public Figures - beBee

Public Figures

~ 100 buzzes
For the honorable, the funny, the scientist, humanitarians, the honey! Keeping it in the spotlight!

First, I'd like each Ambassador to provide an intro, or a Fav Article, or a Buzz that lets us know who you are, where you came from, and who you are.

All in fun.

Later, after the Ambassadors get "First Place" we can all add any Public Hero we like from beBee or otherwise. If you consider this to be a "Book on beBee Public Figures," then you would be writing a Short Story on one person.

Multiple entries encouraged. Write on yourself, each Ambassador, then the rest are free to do as they please!

A dream is a wish your heart makes
    When you're fast asleep

In dreams you may lose your heartaches
    Whatever you wish for
    You keep

    Have faith in you dreams
    and someday
Your rainbow will come shining through

No matter how your heart is grieving
    Just keep on believing,
The dreams that you wish for
    will come true

Cute story @Margaret Aranda, MD, PhD. I grew up in Orlando, Fl, and as we mature bees used to say, before Mickey. When Disney hit Orlando, it was fun and magical even as an adult. I was in insurance at that time and my company was insuring part of the construction project. I was thrilled to be a part of it.

I'm Hungarian which is a mixed race to begin with. I have also got Native American blood in my veins. Genetically speaking I am the gray man.

The heart understands we are one Earth family and it takes all us to save us all.

Before we can do that we have to forget about the hate and heal the hurt. The heart knows no religion, it knows no government, it knows no politics.

The heart only knows love and it is our minds that get in the way by spending too much time labeling things and people so we can feel good about who we ignore and give ourselves the rationalizations we need to get rid of our guilt over ignoring who ever it is.

Marketing and branding are the chief enemy of acknowledging that nothing belongs to us and we are here to share it as one Earth Family. The emotion we give to our stuff tears holes in the soul as we have forgotten that things can never replace people.

We assign value to items to create status and separation. We use items to create divides between humans.

Human beings are the at their worst in behavior when facing the unknown. They do inhumane things and justify it through fear of the unknown instead of seeing the opportunity for exploration and growth that the unknown is.

I enjoy my time talking to the trees and the animals more than I do with most people. There is no worry of image with animals.

    There is no competition.

"...if we can show compassion for one another and exchange ideas - we will be as one in heart and mind. It seems impossible in today’s world." No, it is NOT impossible! That is preposterous! We, us human BeeZ at beBee Are Living Breeze! We inherited the esoteric essence of Chief Dan George's sense, thriving and gyving in the galazies of open seas! The mention of the "new world order" as in "The New World Order" is implicitly buried like a cherry, poisoned like Snow White's apple...I have never stopped reading a piece, horridly halting at this tragic faulting of a subliminal curving the dignity of a man with infamy. We ARE spirits, Spirits that genealogically and chromosomally abhor radar implants under our skins. Instead, BeeZ archive with instinct, light, and flames whose names are the same...tens-of-thousands strong in the throng, we remain as one sweet bunny: making cuddly honey. Let our skins remain uncolored either by man's eyes or his misguided need for a "New World Order." The BeeZ ARE in thriving without hoarding...and, 11 million strong (so far) without borders. I say Chief Dan George Lives on...and oN....and On...and .......ON! ~ ..."To the Moon and Back Again, to Infinity and Beyond, Forever and Ever!" ~Unknown / "It is good that a philosopher should remind himself, now and then, that he is a particle pontificating on infinity." ~Ariel Durant / This fractal thinking is perhaps stimulating to @debasish majumder, @Anees Zaidi, @Ali Anani and more. Thank you for showing that Chief Dan George is in peace in the pieces of our souls. Truly spiritual!

Though a great, never-say-die fan of Bruce Lee, i forget all karate and call upon Home Minister (read wife). She does exactly what that wonderful Aikido master of yours did. ;) SO much good karma comes to her because of me eh ? Er.. and by the way...if killing a human is homicide, killing an insect is actually insecticide. Wonder why they have named those poisonous bug-busting products insecticides? Whenever I see a bug in my home it reminds me of my aikido teacher who used to kill any bug that entered our dojo with a loud kiiiiaaaiiii!!!!! and a lightning fast karate chop :-) Just kidding. He'd grab a piece of paper towel and painstakingly lift the bug off whatever surface it was on and walk it out the front door and let it go on its merry way outside. Better karma that way perhaps. I always say that God is the ultimate stalker, never goes anywhere. I think of the Police song Every Breath You Take I'll Be watching you.

Then I remember there have been two bands who have both belted outed out that God Gave Rock 'N' Roll to you and it's why this Shaman uses it and is more likely to quote lyrics or movies than any book.

    I loved this piece.

" I always complained of being alone throughout my entire life; after that night, I realized that I was never alone in fact…

God was always there, right next to me!..."

Oopsies. Well, I was too young for Woodstock at the time, so I made an error. It wasn't exactly free, according to http://history1900s.about.com/od/1960s/p/woodstock.htm : tickets sold for: 1 day = $7; 2 days = $13; 3 days = $18.

I believe that more musicians and bands need to "take up the cause" of free music festivals to benefit world peace and restoration, as was the original Woodstock Concert of 400,000 people who had 3 days on a dairy farm in New York state in the summer of 1969. It was so awesome that it was held over for another 4 days. Where have all the flowers gone? Let's get them back. Musicians? Calling all musicians who have had a huge impact on world peace and benevolent causes. We need you! Why, the world needs you....

Persistence is the key, isn't it? Doing it in spite of what I think, feel, and believe at the moment because 'it' is what has been identified as needing to be done to reach my goal. Imposter syndrome is alive and well in the female entrepreneur community and so far I've seen that the best cure is action - for each step taken a bit of confidence is gained jobs not profit Dr.
