Hey Network! I am thinking of writing a new piece on company culture. In a few words, would some of you be willing to answer this question? "How do you think companies can create the best company culture or improve a lack luster one?" I will include a link back to your company if I use your quote!

When a company remains true to its core, just values, chisels efforts to care its people and make them feel that they all are like members of a family, then there's loyalty, trustworthiness and commitments that erupt from all employees to shape a truthful, integrated and worthwhile company culture.

Well said ! To me more than the length of the resume, the content and the way the experience is highlighted will play a key role. But even now candidates are yet to do this. I sometimes go through an unformatted resume and look them on social media and I'm confused when they know how to maintain a facebook profile why can't I get a proper CV.

Good day! One of my 2017 goals is to network my way into a paid role in a firm with a thriving culture! I've just completed a Finance MBA, plus complementary financial compliance, financial crime and cyber security qualifications; whilst providing pro-bono IT and Risks services to small businesses, and befriending terminally ill people. I'm now keen to meet up in London - with headhunters or connections - regarding real roles in a great firm. Do let me know if you've got time for a coffee next week - else, if you're a Board Exec. I hope to see you at the WCIT Cyber briefing on the 23rd!

#1 Thanks Aurorasa and the MBA took about 21 months, but it's over now and I've been studying towards those complementary professional qualifications since 2011. Looking forward to getting out there, away from the library into a paid workplace now - ready to give a new employer 100% plus more :-) !
