    I agree that some goals are unrealistic; however 70% compromise their ethnical standards is absurd.
    I have found that it is better to vocalize my concerns and in most cases management is willing to modify the goals.
    Some people find or believe it is easier to cheat than do the right thing.
    Just my opinion, that as it may.
