Stellar read, Gert. I agree with the five points and specifically the last one "Let individuals create ideas, and use groups to select ideas". This way, each individual has to bring something to the table and then all of the ideas can be discussed. I am going to back up to one of your other points and that is "Use brainwriting as opposed to brainstorming". I like the idea of having ideas written down because they can be used for future reference. Plus, this is another way to ensure each individual is contributing. I agree with Ali 馃悵 Anani, Brand Ambassador @beBee statement "Second point is that creating many ideas is another form of creating too many choices. This is actually the theme of my last buzz on beBee. I fully agree with you.". IMO, creating many ideas can be good but they should be discussed, organized, and analyzed before presented as choices. Five-star post, Gert!

Great buzz !!!! World is changing very quick ! In another 25 years, a lot of professions will disappear ( think drivers, cashiers, newspapers, ....) roads will be useless if we have flying-cars.... everything will happen. Technology goes quicker than ever!
