Of all the existing Solar PV facilities we have surveyed this is by far the worst. This picture was taken at noon on November 1st. How did this happen on an entire 6MW facility? Our guess is that the array design and construction documents were based on level terrain when the actual site pitches down to the North. Know one caught it during construction which was during the summer months. Net result: Zero production mid-Nov through early April. Ouch!
