    Solid advice here. Clear as a bell. There are so many ways to interact with the customer via social media and blogs. And that's great! What we sometimes forget is that the questions can be answered before they're even asked with some clear, concise explanations of the product/service. It's really just a problem of initial content. Accuracy overall, no lies or exaggeration. A more transparent, detailed initial explanation will always result in trust, rising sales, and less trouble shooting.

    For me personally as a consumer I prefer email as I prefer my texts and phone calls to businesses to outgoing. If I need or request a business to contact me I prefer voice over text personally.

    This might out me in the minority and I am OK with that.
