The purpose is to get someone's mind to always in the present. So many people are stuck in the past or even dreaming about that future so much that they at stagnant. So use the power of NOW. The eternal present is the space within which your whole life unfolds. Life is NOW. There was never a time when your life wasn’t RIGHT NOW, and only YOU can chose to have the focus of your consciousness in the present rather than in the past or the future.
People sacrifice the present for the future. But life is available only in the present. And, what you plant now, you will harvest later.

For anything you do… whether it’s playing a sport, learning a language, strategy or skill… there’s # of hours you NEED to do it for (no shortcuts), before you become fluent and can wake up, and just DO IT.

But there’s also something you need to do WHILE you’re practicing, in order to become fluent, FAST. Missing this is the reason you may have been “trying” something for years, getting nowhere.
