When working for Harley - I got pulled over once a month, EVERY month that I worked there. 8 years.... over 100 traffic stops. And only 1 ticket ... issued on my birthday because my license EXPIRED that day and I was on the way to renew it (later thrown out) My bike was always armed with a GPS Speedo sensor, camera and mic. One night I was pulled over by 4 different jurisdictions for a broken tail-light; I asked the last one for an escort home. .... Too Many LEO's think that every biker out there is in a gang 8?/

#25 Thanks Deb, as usually greatly appreciated. We need more yea-saying and positivity. I had to chuckle yesterday as my blood pressure was rising over a particularly monumentally unimportant issue, and one of my colleagues, who has read this missive, just looked at me with a smile and said--LeGoya. Hmmm, it stopped me dead in my tracks and put a smile on my face. All the best and continue to make a difference.

A truly admirable missive, @Joel Anderson My attention was re-grabbed by this Neitzsche quote just yesterday...

"I do not want to wage war with the ugly. I do not want to accuse, I do not want even to accuse the accusers. Looking aside, let that be my sole negation! And all in all, to sum up: I wish to be at any time hereafter only a yea-sayer!"

I don't know what led me to click on your article, @Jason Versey. The title and lead image looked to me like it would be an article about domestic terrorism. But, lo and behold! This article was actually about the inner battle within each one of us.

It was truly a gift to read this, Jason, because it crystallized much of the thinking that I have been doing lately about the "Peace Begins With Me" concept. In fact, I am going to write an entire article in response to yours (giving you due credit and linking to this article), shortly. Thanks, fellow 'Peaceful Warrior' !
