    My main responsibility is managing the Aldi Contract. I have 86 stores nationwide under my remit and it is my responsibility to look after the hard and soft services of each of these stores. I also look after Hard and Soft Services for 2 Cosentino warehouses/ office blocks- Dublin and Belfast and 1 Avison Young Site in Dublin City Centre. Tasks include: - Billing/ creation of invoices and reviewing open work orders. A monthly invoice is sent to Aldi with back up documentation. - Meeting subcontractors/ Apleona Technicians on site in order to discuss project work/ quotations. - Periodic Budget Reviews - Inspection of the logistics of the Apleona Technician Schedule and ensuring Apleona are maximising profit. - Ensuring all stores are compliant in regards all Services Apleona should be providing. - Monthly checks on Store Folders to ensure compliance. - Monitoring, reviewing and reporting SLAs. - Many more responsibilities that I cannot fit in the description box.

    Co-owned my own Personal Training and Group Instruction Business. I have this month decided to take a step back from this aspect of my career in order to focus on my career in Facilities Management. Myself and my business partner decided to set this business up after the completion of a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science and Health and also receiving my Personal Training Degree. Services included Group Fitness Training and Personal Training which both include Nutritional and Mindset guidance. Responsibilities included the planning and executing of classes, liaising with the GAA Club with regards to running the gym and payment, taking measurements and tracking progress of all of our clients and sending out weekly updates/ information to help our clients’ progress.

    Managed 6 new sites as preparation for my transition to facilities manager. Initial inspection and contract pricing were my responsibility with the mobilization process also being completed by myself. I am the main contact for escalations and all contract/ billing tasks lie with me. Along with these sites I have been given the responsibility of looking after the Facilities for Apleona Real Estate. Tasks include: processing invoices on a monthly basis and ensuring all works completed by Apleona are billed out to client, managing projects and attending site to meet with the technicians quoting the works, assisting staff in executing duties as outlined on PPM and reactive Work Order requests, ensure the timely execution of all Work Orders within the permitted parameters, ensure Service Inspections are carried out in detail, documented and executed in a timely and efficient manner. Also a lot more duties that could not fit in box.

    Aldi Stores Facilities Management contract. Duties included planning and organising 77 monthly Technical Inspections which required strong logistical planning and cooperation with the Aldi Area Managers. FET works, PAT Testing, Emergency Lighting Tests, power washing and gutter cleaning also have to be organized for all 77 stores. Other duties included raising work orders, purchase orders and dealing with reactive calls from individual stores on a daily basis. It was my responsibility to ensure the Service Centre Administrator was fully trained and capable of conducting the necessary day-to-day tasks on the Service Desk. Twice monthly I received Additional Task logs from all of the Aldi Stores and it was my responsibility that all tasks were logged and completed and updated spreadsheets were returned to Aldi with a progress tab included. I was responsible for three individuals in relation to booking holidays and monitoring their daily clock-ins.

    Aldi Stores Facilities Management contract. Duties included providing assistance to the service desk co-ordinator and facilities manager. Also, PAT Testing, gutter cleaning etc. all had to be organized for all 76 stores. Other duties included raising and sending quotations, raising work orders, purchase orders and dealing with reactive calls from individual stores on a daily basis. Relationships with internal and external partners were built and it was imperative that these relationships exist for the smooth running of day to day activities.
