- Initial point of contact for all queries coming into the department from AWC’s French speaking brokers and clients. - Management of plans from new business stage to implementation, assessing their compliance with AWC´s Operations department procedures. - Increasing efficiency and reduce complaints from clients and brokers by anticipating their needs. - Assisting the Team Leader by monitoring my team’s e-mail workload, distributing and delegating queries depending on each CSO’s degree of experience. - Constant contact with other stakeholders to chase up outstanding information, negotiating some of their requirements which are not in accordance with the department´s agreed procedures. - Actively participating in the new starters’training, by providing them with shadowing and constantly supporting them in their daily tasks. - Assisting the team in the technical queries, usually related to Excel and/or system requirements.
