    While working in Trada Casino, I deal with customers and handle queries and complaints. The job is fast-paced so it has enabled me to learn how to touch type and to effectively problem solve as fast as possible. I work with a number of systems which range from the customer service type such as; Live Chat, E-Mails, Tickets, Document checks etc. I handle a small amount of Graphic work for the company as well. Using asset packs provided by the game provider. I create logo's and backgrounds for the games. I also design promotional headers for the site as well as headers for emails which would be used in promotions to send to the players. I have experience using CMS software for uploading content on the site. Working at Trada Casino, has deeply expanded my customer service skills as well as given me an introduction to back-end content design and systems. It has also taught me good organizational skills as well as great teamwork in a fast paced environment
