    ­ Day to day operational business equipment support for the AppleCare contact centre. ­ Maintain accurate records in the equipment database. ­ Participate in team training sessions. ­ Respond to desktop and equipment tickets as assigned by the WW ACSO site support coordinator. ­ Assist in the completion of regularly scheduled contact centre inventories. ­ Assist with the scrapping or repair of equipment as appropriate. ­ Maintain records in the equipment repair tracking database. ­ Perform equipment repairs and request the appropriate parts to complete the repairs if the parts are not already in stock.
