My role within Odd Socks Events is general HR including interviewing and hiring staff, rosters, training, payroll as well as the planning and organisation of the event. I am also onsite during the event to ensure it runs smoothly and to overcome any issues that may arise. In between events I work for “Odd Socks” sister companies responsible for all events and reservations as well as all email communications and online and social media marketing. I am also a personal assistant to the Director. I work remotely.

Duties include – Drafting of correspondence and other documents such as court documents, schedules, briefs and written replies to clients, Organising meeting for settlements, consultations, Supporting the firm´s solicitors and legal executives in the drafting of documents, General Administrative and Secretarial Work and Creating and implementing new systems.

Pygmalion is a popular city center café, bar, restaurant and nightclub which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As General Manager my duties varied but included - Being responsible for overseeing 104 staff, their wages, rosters and all HR issues. I was head of sales, events, marketing, branding, organised festivals and public and private events.
