Provided pre-sales support in preparing resource plan, delivery schedule, and budgets for several projects. • Performed presales for OSS RC Upgrade from R16A to R17A on Gen 6 servers and introduction of ENM for LTE. Completed OSS upgrade ahead of schedule and deployed Hardware for ENM awaiting LTE integration. • Rolled out Minimum Baseline Security Standards (MBSSv3) for 110 charging system nodes on Linux and Solaris platforms across the MTN network
