Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in consultative and client-facing sales roles.
Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with consultative sales and account management (e.g., media agency sales, etc.).
Track record in developing marketing strategies for Finance, Real Estate, Travel or other performance driven industries.
Understanding of the Russian media and online landscape.
Ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
Self-starter, self-motivated, capable of seeking additional selling opportunities.
Excellent project management, interpersonal and prioritization skills.

As an Account Manager, you will help grow Russian Finance, Real Estate and Travel customers and their investment in Google through building trusted relationships and developing a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges. You will partner with clients and their agencies on the creation of testing frameworks to drive innovation and prove the value of Google solutions that can then be scaled across markets.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
​Be your client's trusted advisor and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges.
​Partner with multiple client and agency points-of-contact to prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple ongoing initiatives.
Leverage all available internal and external resources and measurement tools adding relevant, trustworthy data to increase advertiser performance.
Act as the primary client and agency point-of-contact on media planning, delivery and performance of Google Media across Google platforms.
Improve and educate clients on the latest products, betas and insights on an ongoing basis to keep them up-to-date on opportunities across Google products.
