Role Purpose:

Complex solution sales of transformational IoT services into target Irish companies, requiring a strong understanding of customer needs and strategic objectives.
Development of strategic initiatives to support growth of the IoT Business in Ireland.
Deep understanding of key market verticals to enhance targeted campaigns.
Engage and develop IoT partner ecosystem to enhance Vodafone's position and offering in Ireland.  This should support improving market positioning, creation of joint GTM campaigns and enhanced service offerings or propositions.
Ownership of P&L for high value IoT accounts, with objective to drive profitable growth within account.
Identification and delivery of process improvements to improve profitability of service offerings.

Key Accountabilities for this role are:

Impact on the business
Achieve and exceed target revenue, new business and specific product sales KPIs, ensuring profitable growth.
Grow IoT market share in Ireland.
Lead strategic IoT campaigns, gaining support from other business areas to include Marketing, Vertical Market Development, PR, Channel Sales, etc. to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Customers, supplier and third parties
Cultivate and create relationships with customers and business partners to promote growth of IoT business through development of IoT Partner Ecosystem.
Confident to C-Level with internal and external stakeholders.
Creation of formal model for Indirect Partners, with specific KPIs for delivering success
Leadership and teamwork
Deputy to IoT Sales Lead at internal management meetings or external partner meetings.
Develop and nurture relationship with internal stakeholders across other teams, promoting IoT internally.
Innovation and change
Strong solution sales capability with experience in transformational deals, driving TCO and process improvement to customers.
Be creative and understand customer’s needs from Vodafone with each new customer presenting a new challenge
Challenge existing internal processes & identify areas for improvement, following through to implementation of improvements.
Knowledge and experience
Experience with financials, with ability to manage P&L and develop commercial models.
Experience with strategic planning, new proposition development and solution selling
Deep understanding of key market verticals to enhance targeted campaign development.
Confident public speaker, with experience in delivering presentations and debating at public events.
