 Category Integrated Planning Manager-LOG002974As a Category Integrated Planning Manager you will have accountability
for ensuring that Category strategy is deployed to Cluster, through setting and driving priorities and parameters that are aligned across the Supply Planning Functions to meet business and financial targets.
Accountability for providing category expertise and advice on standards of excellence, technical capability and process developments to deliver our integrated planning (demand and supply) processes.
As a Category Integrated Planning Manager at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:

Defining and advising European Supply Chain Management, the standards of excellence within Category Planning business processes and expected technical capabilities and standardization programs in order to deliver this standard.
Accountable for ensuring that the Category Go To Market Strategy is communicated, understood and aligned in the parameters set within the Supply Planning Processes with regards to servicing the markets and cost optimization
Accountable for ensuring that the installed Planning Processes are executed with excellence and integrity across functions and locations.
Acts as the Category Planning point of escalation for Cluster, Plant, Area SC and GBS to resolve issues or conflicts, ensuring decisions are made in a timely manner each time it is required.
Category Planning contact to the Clusters, Plants, Area SC and GBS for supply planning matters (communication on results, gap analysis, special enquiries) .
Drives appropriate demand and supply review and action taking each time service and financial results are not met.
Provides intelligence around Cluster demand requirements and understands supply capacity for monthly KS&OP reviews enabling Category Leadership to make best informed short to mid-term decisions.  
Provides Supply Chain (demand and supply) input and project support as part of a wider multi-functional Category Team outlining the impact of strategic and commercial decisions has on day to day operations.

University Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field  (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field)
Language Skills: English (Required); Second Language (Preferred)
Expertise in Demand or Supply Planning process including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools;  Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office
Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills required
Strong numeric, data / analytical, financial and organizational skills
Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally (Preferred); Processed and packaged foods industry experience (Preferred)
Role is based in our Dublin.
Regular travel throughout Europe is required as part of this role.
