Our SEA Procurement team plays an incredibly important role in our business. We are here to optimize SEA demand spend to deliver Diageo’s Procurement imperatives, by leading the creation of best in class category strategies.
As the Demand Procurement Manager, South East Asia, you are to positively impact business performance using the levers of effective insights to Political, Economic, Social, and Technological and Environmental complexities across the Market and Supplier base, comprehensive category strategies and forward thinking to future proof the business delivery. What you will need to accomplish in the role:
Develop a comprehensive Category Strategy through analysis of the strategic business requirements, engagement with business stakeholders and in depth knowledge of your Category and Market Drivers
Lead procurement for the SEA Market and serve as the business partner for SEA markets
Implement the Category Strategy through outstanding business partnering with in market procurement
Accountable for development and delivery of global sourcing projects both financial and non-financial, projects aligned to the Category Strategy.
Support the development of global sourcing strategies through insights gathered from market's feedback and performance
What you need to bring to the table:
You must have at least 10 years Procurement experience in managing suppliers Progressed through Supplier Performance Specialist, Category Specialist, Supplier Performance Manager, and Category Manager Roles. Other progression routes would be through roles with Finance background
Prior experience in SEA markets would be advantageous
Demonstrated strong influencing skills and ability to deliver performance consistently.
