To join this global market leader as a Door Engineer, you will be ideally based in Cork, and be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience working on automatic doors, along with a great attitude and a willingness to learn new skills, and become part of a team of dedicated Door Engineers,

Job Description:

As a Door Engineer, you will be paid door to door, visiting customer premises, carrying out repairs, maintenance and servicing of entrance systems including:

Automatic, pedestrian, Styling, Speed, swing and sliding automatic doors

Diagnosing any potential or existing faults

Replacing all electrical and mechanical components,

Unplanned, proactive visits to known customers

Responsible to maintain the company vehicle, its stock and tools in good working order.

. Service Engineers will receive an on-call premium (1 week in 4) 226.00 PW ( 2,700 pa)

Responsible, reliable, punctual and trustworthy.

Electrical, mechanical experience.

Clean driving license, other operating licenses is also of benefit. IPAF etc.

Knowledge of Automatic doors

Diagnosing faults

Able to work on your own, managing your time and workload accordingly.


Electrical and Mechanical qualifications, in the door and entrance systems industry

ADIA/ADSA BS EN16005 Certified

Good IT skills
