Job Description
Provides administrative support across a range of HR process areas and is a HR System subject matter expert (SME) regarding HR Management System (HRMS) and Time Management System (TMS). Is the main contact for employees regarding HR administration.




Provides administrative support across a range of HR process areas and is a HR System subject matter expert (SME) regarding HR Management System (HRMS) and Time Management System (TMS). Is the main contact for employees regarding HR administration.






Provides administrative, system and project support across a range of HR processes. These involve new hire administration process, change of status, communications, recognition, performance management, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation & benefits and others as required.
Provides a customer friendly service to employees and is the main point of contact regarding HR administration.
Ensures that all ‘Change of Status’ (COS) changes are tracked, inputted into the relevant form and system. Trains and works closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure these changes are accurate and timely.
Administers changes on organisation charts following instructions from HR Business Partner(s) and from changes approved on COS Forms.
Is System SME for HRMS, Core Time and online voucher system. Trains all users and leaders, ensures input accuracy and timeliness while also ensuring effective reporting. Collaborates with external supplier(s) and Corporate HR to ensure effective system functionality and service.
Participates in continuous improvement projects that optimise administration and system efficiencies.
Ensures offsite electronic filing system is effective and works closely with relevant supplier. Manages office supplies and post.
Processes HR purchase orders and invoice requests in a timely manner.
Event Manages the Children’s Christmas Party and the Service Awards Dinner.
Ensures compliance with Quality, Safety and Legislative requirements

Job Requirements
Honours Level 8 Degree Qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
Core System knowledge is desirable but not essential. Must have aptitude for system administration and understanding set-up requirements, process flow logic etc.
High service orientation, very approachable, helpful and follows up on all customer queries.
Ability to plan, multitask, meet deadlines and organise busy workload is essential.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and completes tasks to high standard.
Confidentiality essential.
