As an International Consumer Insights Analyst, you will support Google’s products operations across a range of products and customers. You will work closely with the global Business Intelligence (BI) team, which is a horizontal team that supports the global Google Technical Services Partners organization with data insights, BI infrastructures, and decision support tools. You will work closely with Google Technical Services vertical teams and their stakeholders on data analytics and infrastructure projects that inform product operation strategies and provide thought leadership to operation and support teams to scale operations using data insights.

Our team cares for customers by solving problems and scaling solutions, incubating new Google products, and sharing user feedback with internal teams to influence product development. We support a wide variety of products, from Ads to Project Fi and just about everything in between, and our customers include advertisers, consumers, partners, publishers, retailers, and our own Sales Googlers.Responsibilities
Represent the user voice by analyzing data on user issues across users support touchpoints (Help Center, Feedback, Cases, etc).
Implement and manage all appropriate user feedback channels to gain user insights to be shared with the Product team.
Design, develop and complete analyses for regular user insights and strategic deep dives.
Prioritize and communicate user needs, make recommendations for product or process changes and influence various audiences.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional and regional partners as necessary.
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with one or more data retrieval tools, languages or scripting and coding (i.e. JavaScript, R, Python, etc).
Experience analyzing data and creating reports using SQL-like languages, statistical, quantitative modeling and forecasting tools.

Preferred qualifications:
Previous experience in research.
Ability to understand the implications of data analysis and build a strategic story from this data
Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
Passion for developing and analyzing large, complex data sets and converting them into insights that drive business decisions at all levels of an organization.
Effective communication and presentation skills to deliver findings of analysis.
