Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Sales experience in a technology, advertising and/or internet environment. Experience leading a sales team, including coaching, mentoring and team development.
Ability to speak and write in English and Italian fluently and idiomatically.
Ability to travel 20% of the time as required.
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to lead sales team operations, including portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, execution.
Ability to model and coach sales behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and selling.
Passion for consultative solution selling with a drive to innovate. Background in Brand for Performance/at Scale.
Independent, self-starter who thrives on immersion in a rapidly changing environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to be personable yet persistent. Ability to develop thought leadership abilities and industry expertise.
