RPA Automation Engineer Senior Manager

If so then we have just the role for you; we are growing our team within Advisory focused on Innovation, utilising technologies such as Robotics Process Automation (‘RPA’) and Artificial Intelligence (‘AI’). We need you to help us design, build and deliver new RPA solutions and tools that will vastly improve the quality and efficiency of our clients.
Your key responsibilities
Understand our global Emerging Technology service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients.
Leading client engagements in the Emerging Technology domain
Build strong internal relationships with in Advisory and across other services locally and globally.
Develop and grow our team in Emerging Technology
Promoting the capability in the market through market communications and client event events.
Coordinating amongst the team, with UK&I innovation teams and offshore innovation hubs
Skills and attributes for success
Experience in leading technology projects
Experience in managing and mentoring technology staff
A creative, open-minded, first principles thinker who is willing to challenge the status quo and isn’t deterred by failure
Experienced and proficient (preferably certified) with Robotics Process Automation software Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UI Path etc
Experienced at working in across industries (preferable)
Experienced at working in an agile environment (preferable)
Excellent at prioritising tasks
A highly motivated self-starter
To qualify for the role you must have
3rd Level Qualification in relevant field / Area- ideally STEM
8+ years’ experience in a professional services environment
1 years’ experience working with Automation /RPA tools. - eg Blue Prism , UIPATH, selenium
Ideally, you’ll also have
SQL/ Azure /Python
Working in Agile framework
Flexible in approach, occasional travel to client site will be required
