Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
Proven track record of success in a scaled inside-sales, IT sales, marketing or operations environment.
Understanding of the technology market, SaaS and Cloud (IaaS, PaaS) market dynamics globally, and passion for Google Cloud.
Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
Demonstrated organizational and project management capabilities.

Our team inspires leading companies, schools, and government agencies to work smarter with Google tools like G Suite, Search, and Chrome. You reach out proactively to show customers how Google Cloud solutions can help them become more productive, mobile, and collaborative. You'll maintain relationships with clients and work cross-functionally to devise solutions and support for Google's clients.
You'll work with our existing base of G Suite customers to grow their business with Google. As a leader of this team, you'll also work to identify, develop and execute specific activities that help expand the SMB business within EMEA. You'll drive experimentation with data-driven, scalable solutions to achieve business goals, collaborate with regional teams to improve our global sales strategies, and engage with reseller partners to help drive additional growth through the channel. You'll work cross-functionally and share regional information with stakeholders to optimize the customer experience and impact.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of Account Managers to drive business growth, focus on motivating, enabling and developing the team to be successful. Manage the sales operations effectively, and provide management support.
Develop and implement best practices for programs and markets, ensuring that the team is up-to-date with trends and pitches. Improve team skills through development and training.
Identify growth projects and programs to scale the business. Plan and implement programs and work with cross-functional stakeholders in the Cloud organization.
Manage relationships with demand management, marketing leaders and representatives from our partner ecosystem to drive strategy and execution.
Perform ad-hoc analyses to predict, measure and interpret business trends and inform key decisions. Communicate findings to all levels of management and leverage customer feedback to implement improvements to content.
