Description

Cisco is seeking an ambitious sales administrator for our Ireland sales operation. You should enjoy working in a fast changing workplace and be passionate about what technology can do for our world. You should be excited by this job but know that there is huge opportunity for progression beyond it and know that we view this as a talent pool for other roles in our business.

There are three key pillars to this role:
1. Support of our sales team
Work with our account managers and our partners to build, review and process commercial pricing proposals to our customers.
Act as point of contact for partner queries related to customer orders, pricing approvals, demonstration loans, order shipment.
Help track order shipments and create expedite requests as required.
Support booking of travel and accommodation.
Run internal revenue claiming process.
2. Sales event and demonstration support
Support organisation of customer demonstrations at our Dublin and Galway demo centres.
Help drive attendance at sales events via email, social media, call-out campaigns etc.
Booking travel, parking, hotels etc.
3. Support to sales leadership
Support our sales managers with forecasting and reporting.
Ad hoc support for creation and organising of team meetings, customer and partner events.
Support team management activities such as coordinating employee time off approvals.

Desirable experience (including but not limited to):
Finance, accounting or strategy background advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence and analytics tools.
Formal programme management qualifications advantageous but not mandatory.
Knowledge of Cisco’s architectures and corporate strategy with broad view of the markets Cisco operate in.
Knowledge and experience of Cisco’s partner model and distribution.
