Kellogg, continues to drive our company and keeps us committed to creating a stronger future every day, by putting people first in everything we do.HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGThe Digitization Work Stream Lead will be responsible for implementation of GBS digitization Initiatives as GBS scales up the digitation journey of building cognitive capabilities to automate processes and generate value to the business.This dynamic role will be responsible for working closely with Kellogg’s Robotics team, Enterprise wide teams, Global GBS Operations team while deploying and building standard processes to support the delivery of GBS Digitization initiatives under GBS Service Excellence. The GBS Service Excellence team is focused on enhancing GBS competitive advantage through value-added, and efficient automations.   The role will be also engaged in managing the business case and value of the initiatives, pipeline creation/management of BOTs, Change Management & Communication, Ownership of Change Controls, New Automation Metrics & Governance, Reporting and single point of contact for GBS through over all life cycle of digitization initiatives.Analytical skills, process designing, continuous improvement, experience in IT initiatives especially Rapid Automation, with exposure to business case development and business value ownership, through digitization initiatives. This role requires both interpersonal and analytical skills.Work closely with GBS Business and Enterprise Robotics team in implementation of automation initiatives following the standards processes and policies.Build internal GBS processes and practices to align with the larger enterprise guidelines and manage change management with GBS wide processes, globally.Collaborate with business stakeholders to conduct current state process assessments and design effective future state RPA solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders to build pipelines for future automations opportunities - Identify processes that are suitable for automation, and provide recommendations to business operations to improve automation potentialBe able to create or interpret function specifications or and evaluate automation solutions based on the analysis of business goals and objectives.Be able to create, document and maintain process and solution documentations.Build and implement targeted training/communication materials if needed for a process undergoing the change.Ensure that GBS processes have efficient control built into their new BOT processes to meet internal and external audit requirements – align and implement Control Processes for GBS Processes.Analyze and observe processes to understand process steps, inter-dependencies upstream and downstream, and applications used to complete transactionsSupport and/or participate in project planning including building business cases as well manage the business case value realization working with multiple teams in the organization.Change Management and communications at all levels for the Digitization initiatives ~ Build, manage and communicate.Manage internal control escalation processes and reporting of dashboards from RPA perspective all levelsBuild and manage the metrics for the new RPA processesWorking within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.Supporting operational business teams during UAT and roll-out phasesInterface with our third party outsourcing partner  YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESSBachelor’s degree and several years of experience in a related field (Master’s Degree preferred)Extensive experience in business-facing IT role, or business/process analytics rolePrior experience in a Rapid Automation implementation or large scale IT Projects implementation, Continuous improvement or business process improvement role; Lean Six Sigma certification or practical
