    • Took inbound calls from existing Standard Chartered Credit Card holders and offered effective solutions to their queries and problems over the telephone. • Preparation of Daily Inbound Call Report and Weekly Customer Query Report which showed the no. of calls received per hour, nature of the queries and subsequent time taken to solve them. • Supervision of the quality of calls of the junior tele-callers according to the strict guidelines laid down by the bank. • Also undertook projects to sell bank’s add-on cards to the existing customers over the phone.
