The role covers all types of release including BAU, Out of Cycle, Monthly, Minor, Major, Emergency and Scheduled Functional and Technical Releases Release planningDevelopment and maintenance of release notes and go-live plansChecking projects have meet the entry criteria for regression testingPerform risk analysis, planning and approvals for late admissions into scheduled releases and for all changes not in a scheduled release.Track status of releases.Submission of release documents and plansManagement of risks, issues and dependencies for the releaseFacilitate communication between a number of teams including Project Managers, Analysts, Testers, Production Support, Business Change Control and DevelopersTracking post go-live issues and performing statistical analysisParticipating in post release reviewsDeliver workflow automation solutions to improve process efficiency. Global IT Solution Delivery policiesSOXApplicable CS Data Management and Process policiesIssues raised by internal or external audits.Release status reportsRegular communication with offshore development, project, testing and production support teams You Offer You are educated to degree standard, preferably in a numerate subject OR Relevant IT Experience You have superb communication skills verbal and writtenYou are a team-player fostering a collaborative and cooperative approach to deliver changes into productionYou have deep knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, HP ALM,Oracle.You have hands on experience with workflow/process automation software and technologies.Familiarity with the Atlassian tools suite.Release Management experienceProject Management experienceChange Management experienceKnowledge of SQL and databasesExperience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
