Key Resposibility Areas:

To be responsible for the day to day running of the office including supply management, liasing with School management

Carry out general administrative and office managerial word processing

creating and maintaining filing systems

dealing with telephone and email enquiries

keeping diaries and making appointments for staff

Collection of fees and generating recipets

Type and word-process various documents and electronic information.

Manage, organise, and update relevant data using database applications.

Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management.

Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.

BBA or Bcom or BA


Required – Skill Sets


The ability and confidence to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Possess good interpersonal skills, e.g. tact, sensitivity, ability to listen, to be assertive at times.

Ability to work to deadlines and targets, can prioritise tasks under pressure.

Reliable and trustworthy

Good knowledge of common computer tools such as MS Office
