We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Talent and Marketing team in the region. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a fast moving position that requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment and take significant initiative.

- Schedule meetings, internally and externally, across different regions and time zones
- Maintain calendars for multiple executives
- Coordinate a high volume of international travel arrangements
- Perform administrative duties around processing travel and expense reports
- Manage various internal and external events/off-sites for the team
- Manage administrative tasks, including payments, relating to third party consultants and legal advisers \r\n Duties and Responsibilities: \r\n
- Proficiency in Google Mail & Apps
- 5+ Years as an admin/executive assistant supporting a team
- Previous experience with event management is a plus
- Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
- Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task \r\n Skills and Competencies: \r\n
