This role is part of the APJC Commercial Finance team and is responsible to regularly engage with CF to accelerate its business performance in alignment to priorities. You are a standout colleague who will be a trusted advisor to the business. You have extraordinary attention to detail and a proven ability to influence cross functionally and at the Executive level. Who you are
Excellent analytical skills to identify trends & patterns in datasets and interpret, synthesize, and communicate actionable insights
A mix of techno-functional skills with ability to solution and resolve business problems
Ability to prioritize what is essential and influence decision makers to achieve desired results
Experience in statistical analysis with expertise in advanced Excel and VBA, Access, SQL querying
Experience in leading strategic projects combined with the ability to execute at tactical project-level activities, tasks, and working on projects with teams geographically spread
Excellent communication & presentation skills. Prior consulting experience in a similar hi-tech industry is desirable.
Experience and understanding of Commercial Finance organization, processes, and policies are a strong plus. Including knowledge of back office systems to support the business.

Who You will Work With
Regularly engage with Commercial Finance to identify and solve business problems
Construct/measure metrics, provide recommendations/insights and strategic plans to CF priorities
Support CF to achieve key objectives, including improvement in Financials
Propels change through teamwork on the strategic development and management of performance measurements and control systems
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Operations or Finance with 6-8 years of industry experience.
