Resource will be part of the Global HR Reporting Team and will directly report into Team lead. Should have good business communication skill to interact directly with stakeholders and should have experience on workday HCM report writer. Should perform job responsibilities with minimal guidance and should be willing to work in Shifts.
Responsible for developing routine or ad hoc reports to support the day to day operations.
Proficient knowledge on creating Reports such as Advanced, Matrix, Trending & Composite.
Proficient knowledge on creating calculated fields.
Creating Alert/Notifications through workday.
Deliver reports according to scheduled delivery distribution (daily, weekly, monthly, annually).
Reviews and analyses report to ensure data integrity.
Manage confidentiality of data by following established security/confidentiality standards.
Tests reports and security during system and process enhancements.
Identify opportunities to reduce cycle times and increase reporting efficiencies.
Conducts regular review of report clean-up and enhancements.
Serve as a key contact for non-routine questions and requests, especially related to HR systems and data.
Partner with organizations to understand and interpret requirements.
Educate and promote self-service reporting functionality with end users by utilizing various communication and training methodologies.
Develop and maintain HR and other business reporting, analytics and dashboards.
Partner with HR Technology to support ongoing Workday functionality enhancements.
Ensure dashboard, reporting and embedded analytics supports HR security and access protocols.
Maintaining proper change management documentation to satisfy the company's internal/external audit controls
Identifying and applying reporting improvements through Workday releases.
SPECIFIC SKILLS NEEDED
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in a related field such as Information Systems, HR, Business or equivalent education and experience.
Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality
3-5 years of HR Technology experience
Workday experience preferred with emphasis on Workday Reporting.
Demonstrated functional knowledge and experience of how technology can be applied to support HR operations.
Must be strong in Microsoft office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
