Department Overview
Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation/Community Bank Technology within the Enterprise Information Technology business provides strategic technology solutions to the both the PVSI and Community Banking lines of business, including application design, development, and support.

About the Role
You will work as part of the Digital Build and Release Engineering team and you will be responsible for developing solutions that will enable DEV/QA/business to be agile and deliver software faster to production. Working on Initiatives such as build reduction times, integration of more automated testing with CI/CD pipeline, production roll out automation, blue/green deployment. You will interact closely with multiples business partners including the Development teams, QA/PTE /Prod support teams, Tools teams and Solution engineering teams.

Responsibilities

- Is responsible for Continuous Integration and Continuous deployment (build and deployment)
- Proactively monitor the system health and alerts and assures high levels of stability, reliability, availability of Pre-production environment
- Configuring and maintaining Middleware/Webservers/MQ, should be able to troubleshoot issues
- Updating the ticket logs, reports (Defect Trackers etc.) wherever needed
- Lead in the resolution of basic and complex issues (i.e. provide first and second level support), escalates as needed to meet established service level agreements
- Work closely with developers on a daily basis to design solutions around continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- Stays up to date with DevOps technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills, ability to communicate with technical groups effectively.
- Process Documentation or updating the Standard Operating Procedures and demonstrate ownership for the respective assigned modules
- Understanding of BCP, quality, security and compliance requirements for supported areas
- Automation of tasks via scripts as and where required
- Work on Process Documentation for Standard Operating Procedures
- Participates in the EACO Calls / meetings with the Sr Technology Team Members or business users or customers
- Lead in the resolution of CICD complex issues (i.e. provide third level support on automation issues)

Essential Qualification
6-8 years of experience in DevOps Tools Chain implementation
- Expertise in Devops tools Jenkins, Artifactory, GitHub, SVN, TFS, Maven, Gradle, Udeploy, AHP, Confluence, Security scans (SAST, DAST)
- Expertise in DevOps and good understanding of Agile
- Good working Knowledge on ticket tracking tools (JIRA, Clearquest).
- Strong understanding of Java/J2EE architecture and should be able to troubleshoot applications
- Good Understanding of Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, MQ, Kafka, Webservers
- Expertise in scripting/utilities development with Ant, Python, groovy
- Good understanding of cloud technology (PCF, Azure, AWS)
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Market Skills and Certifications
