The Asia Pacific Benefits function is responsible for the design and administration of locally bold and regulatory compliant benefits and well-being programs for the Bank’s employees in line with Credit Suisse Benefits and Well-being strategy. The Benefits team supports all employees in Asia Pacific and work closely with other HR functions, control partners and benefits vendors.
We are seeking a hardworking and dynamic individual who has a control and compliance mindset with the ability to keep pace with the changing regulatory environment to join our India Benefits team. Reporting directly into the Asia Pacific Benefits Delivery Manager based in Pune, you will take full accountability for delivering benefits administration of your assigned portfolio, including peer reviewing of tasks to ensure they are performed accurately, on time, and in compliance with local laws and internal Credit Suisse requirements.
Responsible for end-to-end benefits administration to ensure programs are delivered with high standards across all Asia Pacific locations, and in compliance with local laws and reporting requirements as well as with internal Credit Suisse policies.
Provide benefits advices to other HR functions or other internal partners and act as the critical issue point for any issues or concerns on the benefits deliverables.
Ensure that all monthly, quarterly, yearly regulatory and internal reviews and sign-offs are completed and that they meet all internal Credit Suisse requirements.
Responsible for reporting any control issue on a timely basis including working with control partners for reporting (both internally and externally) and resolutions.
Positive relationship with other Benefits Delivery Managers and the broader Benefits Specialists team to drive all benefits agenda, support implementation of new initiative and changes to the benefits programs in line with the budget and on a timely manner.
Strive for operational excellence by looking to improve the routine benefits activities and processes and reporting capabilities, controls, governance and employees’ experience through innovation (for example using Robotics Process Automation), streamlining and understanding the end-to-end impacts of any changes being considered.
Build a high-performing team by using the benefits of partnership and integration across the function and Asia Pacific Benefits Delivery Team. Ensure cross training are planned for team members and provide growth and development opportunities and support to the teams.
Promote transparency and teamwork across within the team and with Country Benefits Specialists in terms of sharing knowledge, ensuring that processes and deadlines are clearly defined.
Maintain an effective customer service focus to resolve queries from employees, other HR functions and control partners as well as external parties such as local provident fund offices, labor office, benefits and payroll vendors.
Establish key performance measurements and reporting cadence including quarterly and annual review to discuss performance, operational risks and improvements.You Offer You will be able to demonstrate a majority of the following criteria:
You have minimum of 5 years hands on experience in end-to-end employee benefits administration.
You have experience with social security, mandatory and supplementary pension scheme, fringe benefits tax, accounting including analyzing processes and controls, planning improvements, inspiring changes and managing priorities.
