-Senior SME - Resolve tickets as per SLA and KPI's for IBM Tivoli ,HP BTO , BMC Service Assurance , CA Servic e Assurance . Particularly in HPOV, HP BSM , HP Dignostics ,BPM ,Ops Analytics, Remedy Tools, Datecenter Monitoring
- Provide support for ticket analysis, op erational work around and problem tickets
- L2+ Supprot IBM Tivoli ,HP BTO , B MC Service Assurance , CA Service Assurance . Particularly in HPOV, HP BSM , HP Dignostics ,BPM ,Ops Analytics, Remedy Tools, Datecenter Monitoring
-Daily R eport generation monitoring and triggering in case of failures.
- System health check and pro-active restarts.
- Configuration.
- New filename modification in flows
- Daily & weekly & monthly task, health checks, monitoring, housing keep ing activities, & proactive restarts
- Troubleshooting & resolving all incident s, service request, Problem & trouble tickets assigned as per agreed SOPs.
- E xperience with telecom application domain for min 3 years
- Expert of ITIL/ITSM processes.
